My first time visiting this place after moved from Chicago. It is totally impressive both atmosphere and service. This place is so welcomed. Everyone is very nice and have a big smile :D Our family doctor is so awesome. They have the best dentist and dental hyguinest I ever have. Easy parking, friendly staff, generally clean and not very crowded, smooth appointment and check in process. There was music playing in the background at low volume which was nice, dentist's office could be intimidating and this would calm your nerves. Our quote adviser explained our benefits clearly and did not push us towards services. We had the space to make informed decisions which is a great example of good customer service. There is room for improvement though. During my fillings session, only the dentist was present in the room, there wasn't a dental assistant, and I had to hold the suction tube. May be a staffing issue? As a suggestion, tiny details like offering patients water go a long way. All in all, I would recommend them.

The staff at Charlotte DentalPro is incredibly friendly. Some people get nervous going to the dentist, but I assure you that you’ll feel very comfortable in their hands. I recently got a custom nightguard done from them, and I distinctly remember how it took them several tries to get it just right because they wanted to make sure that it would fit perfectly against my teeth. I appreciate the high level of detail with their work. I recommend them to anyone!

Check-in was a breeze. The chairs in the waiting room are very comfortable, however, I was not in the waiting room very long. They also seem to have plenty of good reading material, and of course there is always your cell phone. I went to the back and the dentist came to evaluate my teeth. The dentist and staff explain to me what they would like to do, and then the billing staff came in to explain the price break down and get my approval before they did anything. The hygienist did my cleaning in record time, probably due to the fact that she's been working as a hygienist for over 20 years. She was gentle and didn't cause me any pain, either. I also had my first cavity and had to have it filled. I did not have to wait at all in between my cleaning and feeling. This office is very time efficient! They gave me something to numb the area, and then drilled and did all of the other stuff. It did not hurt, and both the dentist and staff continually checked with me to make sure that I was doing okay, and not in pain. The dentist was friendly and explained everything; they also gave information on how the amount of coffee I'm drinking is affecting my teeth and what I can do to miminize the damage (since I'll never stop drinking coffee). I thought it was great that they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what to do outside of their office, considering my lifestyle, to best maintain my teeth. I was very pleased with my experience. In the cleaning rooms, the cleaning chair is also massage chair. So you can get a little massage while you are getting your teeth cleaned! I was also surprised by how soft the leather was on these chairs. It's a small detail, but that is the point; this office seems to pay attention to the small details to give you a great experience. The parking in the back is not big, but seems to be adequate. They also have street parking directly in front of the building, which is where I parked. I am very glad that I started coming to their office, and will be a patient of this office as long as I am living in Charlotte. I would say the big takeaways from this office is that if you are a person who values your time, and your teeth, then this is the right dental office for you.

My past Dentist was incredible and voted one of Charlotte’s Best of Best. As my insurance changed, I unfortunately had to find a new practice with the same high standards. After researching, I decided to try Charlotte DentalPro. I’m glad I did. From setting the initial appointment to walking out of the door, the experience could not have been ether. The sophisticated level of technology/treatment, DR expertise and friendliness of the staff are top notch. They go out of their way to ensure a great experience. If you have a mouth, see them.

I haven't been to the dentist in years and wasn't looking forward to it but I was in a lot of pain and new things needed to be done. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I got to watch TV and had a massage chair too! They numbed my mouth with paste before I even got the needle! They are amazing and will ALWAYS go to them for any dental work. I cried when I saw the results and they hugged me because they were so happy that I was happy!

The best! Never waited longer than 15 minutes, the place is always clean and neat, staff is super friendly and professional. Have never had major work done besides the regular checkups but i have been seen by both Dr. Uceda and Dr. Salinas and they are both great. One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely everyone there was wonderful. I told them of my fear of dentists and they kept checking in with me throughout the whole procedure to make sure I was still doing okay. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and Dr. Salinas was incredible. First appointment as a new patient and I must say, I was very pleased with the whole experience. I have feared going to dental appointments my whole life and here I felt at ease. Both the doctor and hygienist who did my deep clean were extremely thorough which I greatly appreciate. I’ve had experiences in the past with dental practices not taking the time to explain things to me where I felt rushed out and without answers to things. And everyone was really pleasant too. I honestly thought I was gonna pass out from pain this morning. After calling around I found no immediate help. Just when I was about to give up I found out about this amazing place. Gave a call. 6 minutes later I was in the waiting room. 5 minutes after that I was in a chair with the doctor!!! They did everything and talked me through it. I have made the decision that my children husband and self will be going here for now on! Wonderful service!

Best Dentist EVER!!! Everyone is so kind and caring I had an extraction and root canal done and is very pleased with the work I had done the dentist and his assistant were both amazing even the ladies that did my X rays were great they made sure that I was comfortable the whole time on top of me being very nervous not because it was my first time at their office but because I have had horrible experiences at other places he made sure that I was numb and I didn’t feel a thing the whole time I would refer this dentist to anyone this was by far the BEST dentist experience I’ve ever had in my life!

Everyone was great. Very friendly, explained each step and walked me through the process. Dentist made sure i understood what he was doing and what was next. Only downfall is that it took over 2 hours from start to finish because the dentist left often in the middle of my visit, which took a lot of time to wait on him to come back. But i will definitely go back!

Very friendly staff. I went on Halloween and they were giving out sugar free candy bags! The dentist I saw was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain things. I had to have a mold taken, and there was almost no wait. A lot of the staff were multilingual too!

Lucia is THE BEST dental hygienist ever! I have moved a lot and experienced many different dental offices. I’ve never had such a thorough and relaxing cleaning until Lucia. Yes, I said relaxing, which is not a word usually used when describing a dental cleaning. My husband feels the same way. She attends to every detail while cleaning, and she is always very concerned about making the experience as comfortable as possible for us. Lucia is also so friendly and efficient that it doesn’t feel like a chore to go for a cleaning!

Parking is easy, they were so sweet and nice and made sure I was well informed and comfortable throughout every step! When I told them about the pain in my mouth causing me to come in, they didn't write me off, they listened and helped solve the problem (I need my wisdom teeth out). They gave me a referral to a surgeon but also I will say they fit me in for a cleaning even though I only booked an appt. for an exam and x-ray! My teeth have also never felt this clean and I barely felt any discomfort during the cleaning! DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK!read more

It was very easy and convenient to schedule an appt. here! When I called they got me in the next week, and they had options for the same week... My experience overall was painless figuratively, and literally, it was quick even though I had a lot done. There was very minimal wait time. I broke my tooth and I called their office and they got me in the next day. They were patient and kind. I didn’t feel any pain, when they extracted my broken tooth. I went back today and got my teeth cleaned and two fillings. It was an awesome experience. Dr. Salinas, listened to me and referred me to an Orthodontist for a free exam and consultation. They really take pride in making you comfortable and helping you feel good about your smile. They are totally awesome. Overall: They got me in and diagnosed my problem quickly. Dr. Uceda was very professional and confident. My problems were resolved with a root canal and crown which having a crown made on sight was great and a first for me. My only dislike, and I’ll preface this by saying that one of the two dentist seemed to have called off and they were over booked, was the time it took for Dr. Uceda to back to the room after X-rays were done with pens in my root canal was exceeding long. At one point I waited upward of 35-40 minutes. Overall I was there for 6 hours. I was in a lot of pain when I walked in because of the infected tooth so that made me a bit more irritable, but when I left I felt much better. I do appreciate the quick appointment and resolution, having had to wait days for and appointment the extra hour or two in the chair wasn’t to bad.read more

After getting bounced around from one dentist to another, one oral surgeon to the other, suffering pain to a level that had me making a trip to the ER I finally ended up at Charlotte DentalPro. The issue that has been giving me constant pain since Thanksgiving (its early January at the time of this review) was finally resolved with one trip to Charlotte Dental Pro. Thank you so much for your ability to diagnose and resolve want ended up being a tooth that required a root canal. Today I am finally pain free. I had my first full nights rest in several months last night and I owe that all to Dr. Uceda and Charlotte Dental Pro. It is unfortunate that it took me spending thousands of dollars at other practices trying to figure out what the problem actually was but know that having an AMAZING dentist that can perform procedures like root canals, crowns and more from the same location is invaluable. Had I contacted Charlotte DentalPro first it would have saved me thousands of dollars and weeks of agonizing pain. But in the end I am so happy to have my health back as today I am 100% pain free.
